  1. Where do you ship the order from?

Our company has developed a global network of factories and warehouses in many countries, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Singapore, India, Vietnam, etc., mainly through our partnership with USPS and some other partners such as Epacket, Yun Express. Since we deliver our products to customers all over the world, international standards are designed to be achieved, and we try our best to bring new and improved products to our dear customers.

  1. How many days does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders from the USA: The estimated delivery time is about 10-20 business days.

Orders from outside the US: The estimated delivery time is about 10-30 business days.

Please be informed that the estimated delivery time does not include the processing time (production time, inventory time, etc.) and may be delayed for a few days due to extreme weather conditions, or the strict control of the country’s customs.

  1. How can I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your Order number starting with the character “#” and purchase details. When your order is ready for the shipping process, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the tracking number you got, and it will open a website showing your order status.

  1. How can I change my order information or cancel the order?

If you realize you have made an error in the shipping address or variants, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.

Please note that: we can only change your order information within 12 hours.

We only accept the cancellation requests sent to us within 6 hours of placing the order. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. After 6 hours, your order is automatically forwarded to our warehouse to process and produce, so that we will not be able to cancel it or issue a refund.

  1. What is your return policy?

Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing the delivered status successfully on the carrier’s system. You must email our customer service within 5 days to request the return/refund. 

The return policy will only apply to the wrong or damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in its original condition.

We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
